Indian River, Michigan, the heart of the Inland Waterway, is home to some of the best fishing anywhere. Situated between Burt and Mullet Lakes, Indian River also boasts two fine fishing rivers running through town - the Indian River and the Sturgeon River. The Pigeon River, along with several other streams, is located close by. For those who like to fish smaller, more secluded lakes, several can be found within minutes of Indian River. From smelt to sturgeon, suckers to steelhead, and almost everything in between, the Indian River area offers something for every Angler.
